• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• Products marked as non-returnable (e.g., hygiene items, opened baby food, or customized goods) are not eligible for return.

🔄 How to Request a Return

1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery.

2. Share your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.

💸 Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

🚫 Return Rejection

We reserve the right to reject returns that:

• Are requested after the 7-day window.

• Show signs of use or damage not caused during delivery.

• Are missing original packaging or tags.
